Xbox game bundles have a generic gift entitlement for the game attached to the console and then the game itself attaches to the first account to claim it.

If you wanted to sell it, someone would have to trust you with their account information, let you log on as them, and claim it to their account.

So, in theory, it could be sold, but it's not likely to happen unless it's a local sale. Given that the base game is on Game Pass, it's probably better to assume that most people won't want to go through the hassle.

Actually it would be if you value the premium version of this game at $48.
The cost would be $560 x .8 (assuming 20% off) so only $448 if you ordered directly from Microsoft versus $400 for just the base console.
