If it gets caught on something say at work it would break the ring and not rip off your finger skin

I think they missed an opportunity by not offering 10 rings in the pack, 1 for each finger/thumb. At the least it should be 8........so hard pass.

How about not wearing a ring at all? Are you and your love or so insecure about yourselves that you always have to wear something on your finger, and you'd wear a cheap piece of plastic to symbolize your love?
