"Recent study" has already been debunked as unrealistic clickbait. Nobody injects erythritol, let alone eats enough in a day for it be a major factor in blood clotting.

Cinnamon is a known carcinogen. Are you avoiding products with cinnamon?

edit.... wording was very small so I missed it. it is there.

As a repeat customer, I don't have the $6 coupon anymore. But I do have the 20% coupon which takes it down to $20.

The worst tasting and mixing protein by far. My protein, ON, syntha 6, and probably a dozen other brands over the years. This specific brand and flavor has been the worst, stay away

I was going to buy it but then saw it contains erythritol. I am concerned about erythritol after a recent study showed some negative health effects. More study needs to be done, but I am staying away from erythritol for now. Just FYI for anyone who feels similarly.

This flavor is not good to me. I wish the vanilla meal would come back to a reasonable price. I practically lived off that stuff in 2021.

personal experience - the flavor is not very good, this stuff is grainy which also makes it weird. It's also chalky. Additionally the regular price for this is like $23ish from target as compared to the inflated $29.99 from Amazon. Still a cheap protein and it'll work for ya just down it in two seconds and move on. Note* I never mixed it in a blender with like peanut butter or anything so maybe that would be another route to try.
