I read and skimmed through most of the replies. I don't see anyone asking about the "2023 Line On Us P6" when adding a new line (for Magenta MAX plan). I wonder if I can go into Costco and add a line and get the line for free plus the $150 Costco shop card. Anyone tried this?

So this Costco promo requires a new line activation with purchase of a new phone or just add a new line with BYOD? Need more information.

Edit: So after speaking with T-Force via Twitter. I got some further details of this Costco shop card promo.


From the rep, "purchase a new device on EIP (new activation or upgrade) at participating Costco/T-Mobile exclusive pilot locations and receive up to $150 on a Costco Shop Card".

I was told that to get $150 gift card. I would have to buy a new phone and magenta max plan. $75 for all other plans including upgrades, Byod

I work at a kiosk in a costco for tmobile. It's a fact. I've worked in one for almost 3 months now. Everything in this post are facts. The upgrade/activation fees are taxed and you're actually saving almost $38.
