Found the 5qt (1.25 gal) jugs of 5w30 valvoline semi-synthetic on clearance at my local walmart (22030) for $7. They were in their usual motor oil location. Excellent price for 5 qt jugs. Only this weight and type was on clearance. Link is for reference to the online listing for the item, which shows full price. Clearance was IN-STORE, so YMMV. My Walmart had 8 jugs on the shelf. Bought two jugs, rang up at $7 each. Potential additional $5 rebate per jug (max 6) via Valvoline.

After much back and forth with the rebate department, they now have fixed the submission bug that was kicking so many of these back. I can confirm the $5 rebate applies to up to 6 jugs, as it has just processed through for me. If you've had trouble previously, try resubmitting now.

Did 2 or 3 rebates already when it was $11 and had an issue with it only issuing one rebate when 2 were on the same receipt. Email support was able to work it out and sent the money after about a week. I just think their AI sucks, like it sees the $5 price and is like no way that's a quart!
