Went to Home Depot to look for another clearance deal but got this instead.

A few weeks ago I found these at my local HD (Oklahoma City) marked down to $17. Unfortunately, I was there for the $55 version, which wasn't marked down. The difference is this one uses a 1.75" hose, the more expensive one uses a 1.25" hose.

The smaller hose is necessary for the DeWalt universal dust adapter. Just FYI for anyone interested in these for that purpose.

I'd hate to drive 45 mins one way to find out that inventory is off or the price was hardly reduced. Online price is still full retail. Does this connect to the bigger 2* hose to extend the reach? The $54 rigid set has the premium hose that's 4x more durable.

OP said they're in NYC and another post mentioned Waltham MA.

Mind sharing how you managed to ship to a different location? I've tried to do that before and didn't have any luck.

Unfortunately, the DeWalt adapter I'm talking about left-threads onto the hose itself. I couldn't find a different way to set it up.

The 14' hose on this is an exact replacement for my SD Ridgid wall vac from 2007? (Paid about $20) I scored quite a few vacs in that excursion and they have lifetime warranties... The glue that holds the 6' flex hose that this connects to came loose and I called about the lifetime warranty....I was told the lifetime warranty had been revoked. Called a couple times and got same bs.... Anyways.. I bought one of these at $18 3 days ago and will be getting more at $8 now.

Most stores in Middlesex county have this set at this price. For those that have the ryobi 6 gal shop vac this hose/kit fits perfect. The only annoying thing is that since the hose it almost twice the length it is awkward to store. Haven't found a great way to wrap the hose around yet. Still, for the price of basically one attachment this is a killer deal.

Canton, MI store on Ford Rd had about 6 of them remaining on a pallet at around 5:30 p.m. tonight. These are in the front of the store in front of the large Ridgid sign (by the Milwaukee and Ryobi signs). Small printed sign said $8.82 for the clearance price.
