Wh is pretty straightforward once you get it. It's 500 watts for 1 hour, 250 watts for 2 hours, 1000 watts for 1/2 hour, etc.

Anyone using these as a UPS? I'm getting tired of changing lead acid batteries in mine.

You want to use a UPS for your PC or devices. This is more of a battery for using a small electronic on the go than for saving a device from electrical surges and quick power outages.

From what I understand, this has an unacceptable delay switching to battery however you can use this behind a UPS which would give you best of the both worlds (as long as your UPS doesn't die in milliseconds). I am not sure how well such a setup would work though.
I already have an ebike battery that I would try to hook to my UPS with a pure sine inverter during blackouts. If that fails, I'll try this. My home networking is behind a UPS and it only works an hour at tops on battery.

According to the manufacturer's statement on the Amazon product page, it only takes 30ms to switch from grid power to battery, and thus this product can be used as a UPS.

I think 30ms is too long, that is why you need to daisy chain it with a dedicated UPS. The plus side, you wouldn't need to change the acid battery often on the UPS.

I've tested many portable power stations including ecoflow. They're not the best for UPS duty. Especially with light loads, they can visibly flicker. You also have to consider wear and tear to the lithium batteries with constant trickle charge and the annoying fan noise these inverters can make when charging. IMHO you should get one of these AND the cheapest possible UPS that meets your load requirements. In an extended power outage, plug the UPS into this. The other benefit of this setup is you can easily move your longer term battery backup around to other devices instead of needing to make a decision to shutdown your computer gear just to move the ecoflow somewhere else in your home.
