Does In-branch mean I need to already have a checking/saving account with Chase to get the 80k bonus points?

2. Chase also has 2/30 rule, which means you won't get approved for more than 2 Chase cards within 30 days.
Another question: if I apply for the CSP and get approved, after how long can I apply for a chase freedom unlimited (to make the most out of my points). I know the 5/24 rule and currently I am at 2/24. With CSP I would go to 3/24.

If I close the card then Id lose the age of credit so it's better for me to product change. Since chase has 3 different Freedom cards, I just switched to the 3rd one and will apply in the Branch in 3 days.
