You can not have more than 1 Sapphire card at the same time, and you can not get a new Sapphire signup bonus if you received one on any Sapphire card in the last 48 months.

You can- I've seen YMMV reports about how many days you need to wait between cancelling and new application though.

This or capital one venture ? Can the pros suggest which one is better? Capital one also allows you access to some lounges but not sure if CSP also has those benefits

I already have CSP. What is the main benefit of applying for this for my wife instead of Chase ink business (as sole proprietor) which also has 90k points offer and no annual fee.

You can get both if you like but make sure get the INK one first as it is not counted toward 5/24 rules becuase its a biz card...good luck!
