I have these and they are thin and do not absorb moisture

I've been using this brand for 5 years. They last maybe 2+ years before getting holes, which is pretty good at this price imo.

When changing colors at Amazon make sure the color selection is 12 pair not 6, they all seem to have the same price.

HARD disagree. In my experience, Weatherproof is a crap brand. None of their clothing is actually "proofed" against anything: water, wind, whatever. It's just a cheap brand that they sell in crappy mall stores like Sears. If you want a high quality brand, go for Darn Tough (warning, they ain't cheap).

These Dickies socks are DURABLE, comfortable, and cheap. I've had mine for years and they don't get holes like other cheap brands. They aren't very thick and the "moisture control" thing sounds vague and gimmicky, but they certainly last. I'd buy these over Weatherproof every time.

I have the white ones of these same socks and they're super comfortable and I love them. Especially with this price I'm absolutely down to get some black ones for work. Thanks OP!

These are bare basic socks. IMHO socks are something you have to pay extra for if you want quality. I know this is an unpopular thing to say on SD. I previously tried to save and bought these and the Amazon branded ones and found that they're loose, rough and more like a flexible cardboard rather than a soft fabric that stays and supports.

I got the ones linked below from Costco last month for $11.49 and will definitely continue to buy these as long as the quality stays the same.

TLDR: get something like these instead if you want quality.

my normal socks are the Weatherproof socks from Costco. They are comfy but don't last long at all. Does anyone know if they are just as comfortable and last longer?

I have used six pairs of them for ~2 years now. I usually wore them the other day. My 2 cents:

1. They are decent, keep me warm, no sweating, and have last long enough
2. The upper parts were too tight for my calves.
3. They make a considerable mess if washed with other clothes. You will get small fuzzy black things on your other clothes and in the washing machine.

I might buy six more pairs but one size bigger.
Thanks for the posts.
