Ultimately, I decided on the Yakima instead due to its latching system, rear hatch clearance, and adjustable clamps.

as another poster stated, certain brands have pricing agreements where retailers are not allowed to sell below X price
I'd rather those brands just be on the exclusion list instead of the pricing hi-jinx.
