An outlet item I bought 2 weeks ago is up in price by about 20%, i.e., no actual deal on outlet items
All the outlet items I've had in my cart are still the same price.

Thule is not excluded and it worked on cargo boxes as I purchased a Yakima Skybox NX 18 (saved about $160 using coupon), which is the direct replacement for the Carbonite line. I was debating between this one and the Thule Motion XT XL. I noticed quite a few reviews with people having issues with the latch and also the clamps that secures the Thule box to the crossbars. I suppose it was bound to see some issues as the Motion XT is one of the most popular cargo boxes out.

Ultimately, I decided on the Yakima instead due to its latching system, rear hatch clearance, and adjustable clamps.
I was looking at the Yakima but everyone I spoke to, store or others indicate Thule is the better choice. Really would like to get a cargo carrier for long trips and torn which to get

Got a park tool bike work stand.

Finally going to be able to work on a bike without flipping it upside down on the garage floor!

The Motion XT was the one that I looked at and that's one the most popular model. XL is 18 cubic feet and the XXL is the 21 cubic feet I believe. My brother-in-law goes on long road trips several times a year and the Motion XT L is what he has. He did tell me he wished he had gone for the XL or XXL as that would have given him more storage to work with on his trips. I would also check your rear hatch clearance before choosing the size as that can determine your size limit.

Pretty expensive to ship. Did you pick up locally?

Did you buy separately on two accounts?

I have the Atlantis (previous model) and after 5 years of using it for trips it's still going strong and I'm very happy!

Check out this Thule - Even Made in USA πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ‘

I bought an item in store today and used the coupon. Can I buy an item at REI.COM as well? It's available and asking if I want to add it to my order.

My favorite hiking shoes brand has gone up in price more than the value of the coupon. But still worth it.

I have the Thule and it has been great. We totally overload it and it keeps on working fine. It is finicky to close, but I actually like that if it closes right you know everything is locked and won't open at 80 mph. https://www.rei.com/product/14375...l-roof-box
