I had $600 in credit and I told them I wanted to pay the remaining with my credit card. They ended up charging $600 to my paypal instead and then $11 to my cc. I wouldn't have even caught it right away had it not been for my fraud alert from my cc company. It was crazy that they charged my paypal account even though I didn't authorize it. I canceled the order and tried to put in another order. It just sent me to another web page and told me to contact customer support. Basically they locked down my account as being a fraud (like it is suspect that someone would purchase Xbox hardware using gift cards even though they advertise that you can) and they also flagged me as having already purchased an Xbox even though I canceled the first one due to their issue. Anyways, it took me 4 days, 3 phone calls, 1 chat (a little over 2 hours of my time, and several days worrying about the $600 of my money they had) to get everyone fixed so that I could actually order my Xbox. It went from being a fun thing to buy to just pure regret.
