Costco Toto is a budget version of this.

My 6800 finally bit the dust after 3 1/2 years and I upgraded to a Toto c5. I loved my USPA but this is nicer. Seat is overall warmer, dryer actually works and the pressure is greater. It also pre-mists the bowl, which should prevent sticking. Overall I'm happy with the Toto. It's pricier, but nicer and feels like a much better design and overall product.
How much did you pay?
I went through 2 BioBidets each lasting a couple years each. The first the seat warmer failed and then the pressure all but disappeared. The 2nd also lost pressure. I suspect you really need an extra inline water filter before the bidet. I have hard water and even with a water softener it clogged.
I wonder if the Toto would fare any better.
Thanks. My 6800 is starting to leak for a few minutes after some wash cycles after almost 4 years.
