Stay TF away if you have a XS or Xs max iphone. They will keep dropping signal and have connectivity issues . It's all over the internet and apple won't address the issue. Apple store DGAF and told me to buy a new phone

I won't buy AirPods from anywhere except Costco. I bought the 1st gen AirPods Pro from them like 2.5 years ago and they developed the crackling issue Apple started a repair program for. I called Costco and mentioned the repair program to see if they could just let me return them instead, and they said yes. I returned them no issue. Great experience! (Also got to get this deal on the 2nd gen Pros with the same money)

You returned AirPods for a refund 2.5 years after the purchase?

Correct. I just had to explain my situation. It was a leap of faith but they ended up accepting them.

IMO even the 6 months default makes Costco worth it though this is one I d do Apple Care it not as mature as the phone and the battery is small also they do have battery service for these even without Apple care that is fairly reasonable which is why I favor the Apple stuff these days since everyone is building in batteries
