I haven't seen the remake. I remember watching the original film in some independent theatre when it first released. It was probably one of the first found footage films that I recall ever seeing. It was a little freaky, because it almost seemed like you were watching some real found footage.

Microsoft really needs to get with the program with their movies and tv app. The only place I can watch these is on the xbox since they're not MA

That's not Microsofts fault, that would be the Studio. Any movies that are MA work just fine if purchased from MS

Microsoft isn't responsible for which movies are MA. But they decide which platforms other media (albeit movies or tv) get accessed by.

Media bought from other streaming services is accessible on iOS, mobile & PC devices. Not so if those same titles are purchased from the Microsoft store.

Maybe they think it's somehow good promotion for Xbox. But for me, it's a good reason to avoid purchasing from MS most of the time.

What are you talking about? I'm criticizing the microsoft movies and tv app. Ya know, the one that's only available on windows and xbox, not smart tvs or any other android device

Yeah I 100% misread your post! I'm sorry, read it as Microsoft wasn't allowing the movies on MA
