I clicked "See Deal" and the drill looks a lot like a Weber grill.

Yes. It has 3 modes, which you select on the torque adjustment ring
Drill - Select the little drill icon on the torque adjustment ring. Torque adjustment is not active.
Driver - Select any torque adjustment value from 1-22.
Hammer drill - Select the little hammer icon on the torque adjustment ring. Torque adjustment is not active.

The switch for High or Low speeds works as expected in drill or driver mode.
The manual says you should only select High for hammer drill mode. When I ran in hammer mode on both low and high, the speed seemed the same, but there was a click when stopping on high which was not there on low, so it seems like you might not get the hammer effect if you put it in low.

EDIT: Here's the manual [rackcdn.com]. Page 10, which contains the pictures, doesn't come after page 9 of the English version, which they idiotically fail to tell you. It's not after page 9 of the French version either; it's after page 9 of the Spanish version.

Yes you can, it's similar to, but not as good as an impact driver. When the screw is stucked, the drill will twist back and might hurt your wrist, but the impact driver will not.

Just picked up the 2nd to last one from the Hager's Grove (Salem, OR) store. Found it on a clearance endcap, marked down to $112 from $160 - confirmed it rung up at $80, as listed here. Left the last one for another lucky hunter to find - thanks!

Hi all. Thanks op for the heads up on this. I just grabbed one for $80 at my Home Depot, when I got to the register the manager said I think you get additional batteries free with that. Sure enough there was a sign I missed. So total I got the 2ah included and a free pack of 2, 4ah batteries. Looks like they can be returned for the 'hack' also. Amazing deal.
