According to Tom's Hardware benchmarks the RX 6750 XT is nearly identical to 3070 Ti. We all have our opinions, but here is some information. See chart

Here's the entire article. The RX 6750 XT and the RTX 3070 Ti are adjacent in the rankings.

You will see the 3070 Ti is bracketed by the 6750 XT and the 6800 XT in the rankings.

No ARC 770 is not faster, it is not even close to the speed of the RX 6750 TX. That is hilarious.

ARC 770 is not even as fast as a 6650 TX, never mind a 6750 TX. The 6750 TX is on a par with the RTX 3070 Ti.

It is well known that Userbenchmark tends to favor Nvidia GPU's and Intel CPU's thus i wouldn't say that these number would be accurate. if you look at any other review you can seen that then numbers show these comparisons
RX 6650 XT is slightly faster than ARC A770
RTX 3070 Ti is more or less equal to the RX 6750 XT not including ray tracing
RTX 3070 Ti is significantly slower than the RX 6800 not including ray tracing
and RX 6800 XT is significantly faster than a RTX 3070 TI when not including ray tracing

Now if you use only Ray tracing results then the 3070TI is in between a RX 6950 XT and an RX 6900XT but in 99% of the scenarios you have to run an upscaler like DLSS or FSR to make these settings playable and at this price point i would argue that the Rasterization performance Comparison is more important as a large percentage of games still released today don't have or need ray tracing to make them look good.
This artical is a good summary of the GPU's that are currently released and their standings:

Nice. Purchased a 6700xt for $379 from Amazon 2 days ago, so that's going back for this 6750xt. A little bump in performance for the same price.

Where do you see it being faster?

It's pretty close with the latest drivers at 2K and above for sure. Both cards trade blows depending on the game, with the difference being 3-5% at the most usually. Intel's 770 is very impressive these days for the price.

Addendum: Performance numbers are dependent on what CPU it's being paired with, moreso with the ARC line than with Nvidia/AMD it seems.

Side Note:

Paid $390 for this card a week or so ago for an Arch Linux/SteamOS PC build. I couldn't get AMD's award redemption software to detect it in Linux, which is apparently a known issue, so I had to reach out to support for a replacement code for TLOU that didn't require the detection process. They were really cool about it and got me taken care of. but just a heads up for anyone planning to run this in Linux.

Just bought the 6650 for $303 total. This would be $411 total. I think the boost is about 17% according to user benchmarks. 25% percent for less than 20% increase. I got a ryzen 9 7700x and a mobo with pci-e 5.0 so I guess I hold until pci-e 5.0 cards are a reasonable possibility

Thanks for sharing the chart, and the article for context. I'm team RED all the way, so I am happy to be corrected on this. During the GPU shortage I was trying to upgrade from a RX 5500 XT, and really desperately wanted a RX 6800. The GPU I could get my hands on was a RTX 3070 Ti. The RTX 3070 Ti was a good card, and I didn't really have any issues with it, but I couldn't pass up a killer deal on a RX 6900 XT late last year. I feel pretty good about the upgrade seeing that chart with it slotted above the 3090 Ti on 1080p Ultra settings.
