If your pronouns are He/His/Him then you're in luck - this bag is also for you! I must admit it, I was totally unfamiliar with this German designer, MCM. MCM stands for Modern Creation Munich. While fanny packs are most definitely a fashion faux paus in 2023, man bags are a thing. Also, viewing MCM's website [mcmworldwide.com], clearly this bag is meant for women, as well.
A smooth nappa leather pocket is placed front and center on the iconic Visetos coated canvas body for a bold visual and material contrast. The season's silhouette also gains greater mobility through a leather loop on the back, allowing the Millie crossbody to be worn as a belt bag. Before I posted, I searched for other sellers and found it selling at Bloomingdale's and Neiman Marcus for retail price - $800.

The above said, authenticity can be an issue, anywhere. Take Bloomingdale's for example. Yes, Bloomingdale's buys and sells authentic designer merchandise, but what if a customer buys an authentic product and then swaps it out with a counterfeit and returns said designer product? It happens. This is not an Open Box sale - these purses are brand new. So, given Amazon owns Woot, and Woot is selling this directly, and it's brand new and not an Open Box return... I'm willing to bet these are 100% authentic.
As an FYI, authentic MCM's are apparently made in two countries -- Italy and South Korea. This one should have a Made in South Korea label inside the purse.

No different than 3rd Party via Amazon Marketplace or Walmart Marketplace...except Woot doesn't have the decency to admit who the seller is. How do you know "Woot is selling this directly"?
