😆. If you played college golf you would get them for free.
LOL, if not playing by way of sports scholarship, $60,000 year for tuition and board..... how much per ball? $100?

You'd be surprised how many good deals you'll find on name brand golf balls via Amazon Warehouse that aren't used… I might post a deal on some Callaway golf balls I bought 5 dozen of from Amazon warehouse that you could tell were just damaged via forklift… pallet must have fallen
Excellent, how do you check for the deals? Do you have to go to warehouse?

My 2 cents on golf balls (my index is currently 0.9 and I am a very value conscious person (probably obvious if I'm on Slickdeals, right?)
1. There are a LOT of great golf balls made/sold by second tier names. Maxfli Tour and Tour X are great examples. Go to mygolfspy.com to find others.
2. If you care about your game at all, use balls with urethane covers. All the best golf balls have urethane covers and it makes a big difference on spinning the ball from 100 yds in.
3. If you care about your results at all, don't buy recovered golf balls and under no circumstances buy reconditioned balls ever.
4. You can't beat Titliest Pro V1, Pro V1x, AVX for quality control and consistency. If you are ever able to do a golf ball fitting with Titliest, do it. I ended up fit with the Pro V1x Left Dash and it made a noticeable difference that was surprising to me.

Short story: There are a lot of great urethane cover golf balls out there that sell for a lot less than Pro V1's. They are plenty of ball for the large majority of players. But Pro V1's are the best for most players and $165 for a season of balls isn't a lot for those who spend $1,000's each year on memberships and equipment.

Nice deal. I usually just buy them in AAAAA condition on used sites but this is intriguing.

You've got funny math. It's under $4 per ball, and if you were a NCAA D-1 golfer you would.
Only a douche bag would say something like this

I used to own a house on a golf course and I have enough Pro V1s and everything else to last a lifetime. At one time I probably had over a 1000 golf balls.

I'd say a player starts noticing the difference when they're playing maybe 15 or 10 over.... that's also around the time that you don't lose quite so many balls over the course of a round...

Pro V's are for two types of people: the legitimately skilled golfer, and the person who's "doing well in life" and wants others to know that, and that they're "serious" about golf.

Anyway, pros may not be allowed to use these balls in a couple years. That *might* be why the sale....
That is not the reason. Try again.
