This would be mainly appreciated by Gaming enthusiasts and is mainly aimed at streamers.
Some things to note:

Despite Best Buy and Corsair stating the brightness to be 600+ nits, reviews show it's only a bit over 500 nits
This is Corsair's first ever attempt at a gaming laptop and they've done a bang-up job (according to reviews linked below).
The RX 6800M sits somewhere between the 3070 and 3080
Despite being an AMD config. it does have Thunderbolt 3 support
Despite not being as thin and light as the ASUS G series, it's still quite light for its' size and components
It has a wireless receiver in-built to the motherboard which can connect to Corsair products (such as a wireless mouse) without the need to plug in a USB transmitter/dongle

Buying computers suck. Technology advances and prices drop so quickly. Can you return the stealth 15?

Damn... I just bought an MSI stealth 15 with a 4060. This is exactly what I was looking for, too late now.

Nope, I broke the manufacturers seal to install an extra ssd. Just watched a few reviews on the corsair a1600, looks good but it is also a tad larger than what I normally like, it's a thin and light but the back hinge makes it a weird shape etc. Plus I ordered through the Army/airforce exchange so saved a bit not paying taxes. The msi 15 is so muted as a gaming laptop it literally doesn't have rgb, which I'm actually really happy about. Only other option I couldve gone with and been happy with is the new stealth 14 maybe.

I would be all over this if the laptop wasn't awkwardly taller than normal. I have a Razer 14 Intel 9th 1660 ti and it's 2 inches shorter based on dimension if they're correct, making it a bit compact.

Maybe it's a streamer thing but it's odd for it to be a laptop and possibly not fit in some bags...

16:10 screen is probably part of the reason.

Max sized 99wh battery, 1080p webcam, and the mechanical keyboard is a cherry on top (pun intended).

If you need something like this right this moment, just grab it. I would if my tech toys weren't still perfectly fine.

Anyone know how this compares to a Dell XPS 9520 in terms of specs? Just got an open box at BB for $1200.

I was about to jump on this, but seems like there's some weird issues with inconsistent performance. The specs look great, but a few reviews show the performance isn't that great and even some lag with general usage in Windows.

I think you would be better off with the DLSS 3 on the 4060. I have the 6800m and 6800HS in my Asus laptop, i love that it has 12GB VRAM, but honestly I had a 3070 mobile that i returned but did better with DLSS in many games. I mean it all depends on your usage. Well i returned that first laptop because I got the Asus one used locally for about 700 and had paid 1400 for the 3070.
So i think AMD is overrated. And I miss using afterburner to OC. The overclocking on the AMD is not so straightforward

The slickest deal is at Corsair directly.

Total for this laptop was under $1500. Infact, the r9 came in at under $1600 with a $95 ATX case and promo code NEWBUILD which gives you 15% off more when you buy a case.

Deal is now slicker..

NotebookCheck did a livestream on YouTube showing off a couple of games on the Voyager. Alex seemed to like it a lot. I had personally read mixed reviews on it but at this price....seems nice
