Thought I upgraded to this back in November. Terrible. Hands down. When it's working perfectly, it's inaudible until volume gets to 50/100. 60/100 till you can understand anything, 70/100 starts distorting.

Issues:
Sub connects when it wants, how it wants randomly

Entire speaker bar makes sound 85% of the time. Randomly doesn't, no reason why. Forced to hard reset the speakers, repair with media center...

Duck this piece of trash.

Ohh and Bluetooth.... Hahahahaha lolololol 😂😂😂😂😂 its a joke, you literally have to have your phone withing ONE FOOT or it disconnects.

Don't do it. I'll be fighting with Klipsch when i get time for a refund, i will not accept a replacement.

Garbage.

Superior sound but bad electronics. Went through several firmware upgrades but none are good to make it work like it is suppose to. I just use it connected to my TV and for that it works good.

I had a Klipsch 2.1 system a while back and failed just after about two years. No help from manufacturer for repairs.

Was a big fan of Klipsch and have the Klipsch Fives. But after having bought and returned Klipsch Subwoofer Rs-12swi I stay away. Can't imagine a brand that made the fives can make such a crappy subwoofer.

I have the 700, sound is great… app and firmware, not so much. Keeps disconnecting from my wired network and the sound will cut out every week or so, then I have to unplug to reset.

Run, no, skip…happily away from this. We bought this and given all the headaches and time involved trying to get things resolved w support it isn't even worth half this much. They've had tons of problems with these and we had them all… glitch issues w the remote, w the sound bar, and with the sub….connectivity issues….and when just adjusting the volume, it'd shut off. We'd need to regularly unplug it to get it to work, then it'd screw up again, every time. Talking to a manager, he had even said these are a mess and they know it.

My living room has ceilings that are about 18 feet high. That makes these systems that try to bounce the sound off the ceiling pretty much useless, right?

I had the equivalent of this from a few years ago. Poor sound quality for the cost and died after 1 year. User reviews for this are extremely low. Klipsch is Ok if you are going for passive speakers with a good receiver. They've never figured out how to make a good soundbar. That's not their game.
