The Monolith mini tower is almost 2 feet tall, so combined with this would look about right. For bookshelf speakers, 2 feet is the minimum and 3 feet is the maximum for most situations.

Not really. In my opinion, they would be too low on these 18" stands. My current JBL 530s are on 23" stands and I feel like that's a pretty good height that lines up with my ears while sitting.

I was thinking of getting a pair of the 18" stands, but after grabbing my tape measure to visualize the 18" height, I decided not to.

The 32" Monolith stands are on sale for 29.75, but temporarily out of stock which means you can still order, but it'll take a long time to ship. I have a pair of these for my surround speakers so they can clear the couch. They're very nice quality, heavy and sturdy.
