I JUST received and finished building a slick deal I picked up a few weeks ago for a different Hampton set for $270 shipped, ignoring the reviews talking about the not great 2" cushions, the fact that the cushions don't have ties (big deal when it comes to wind and also not having the cushions not sliding out from under you), I figured it was a get what you pay for thing and I could upgrade the foam and add my own ties, because for the money the set was a great deal. it might have been a good deal, but the reviews weren't wrong, the cushions kind of really suck for "relaxing". This one looks to address all of those issues for like $20something more... 5" cushions (BTW, it looks to cost over $200 just to get cushion BOTTOMS that are 5" IF I can find some the right size for my other set), the cushions have ties, and the table is metal with holes. Not sure i like the holes, good for drainage I guess... but not glass so shouldn't look as dirty as quickly so that's good!
So yeah now I have ANOTHER patio set on the way, NOT looking forward to taking apart and returning this other one... ah well, still happy, now I think I got a crazy good deal on a set that doesn't compromise on the things I care about.

Canceled the order as it is not waterproof
I think this set is a great deal if it will be used in like a screened porch. Outside, exposed to the weather, I think the metal will get too hot/cold and I would prefer Sunbrella fabric.
Just my 2 cents.
