i bought the kneeling pad, thinking it's a great price.
wow, no wonder it's so cheap
not only is it rock hard, they put a checkered pattern into it which actually hurts your knees more

i left a negative review 3 weeks ago, and harbor freight has intentionally blocked it from being listed. if you look at the reviews it's basically all positive reviews, they are only letting through very very few negative reviews just to make sure it always skews near-5 star positive.

You can't stack the 30% off with another coupon but you can use it on items that are on sale under "instant savings" since no coupon is required to get that price.

That used to work, but last time I tried online it didn't anymore. Got a lot of good deals that way. Could vary by coupon though

The discount stacks on top of any non-coupon pricing. Just be mindful that ITC's $20 limit is a different coupon barcode.

The coupon clearly states its terms, but enforcement of that is a manager/store policy thing. Some associates have allowed me to do it all in the same transaction, and other times I did separate transactions (back-to-back if allowed). Never had an issue getting all the things I needed but your local stores may be different.

There was one time I remember where the 30% savings coupon and the instant savings didn't work. However, it appears to be working this time. I just bought a couple of their moving blankets and it stacked on top of the instant savings on them.

The limit isn't 5 items, it's a limit 5 of a single SKU item. Someone pointed this out on Reddit earlier so I went in and bought 7 separate items today to try it and they all got the 30% off.

I'm ITC, but I think this applies to non-ITC coupon users as well.
