I don't like darker roasts so I can't personally comment but my medium/dark people are perfectly happy with these [and both drink without a ton of add ins] so I'm happy tospend less - thanks OP I've ordered this pack many times on sale and they disappear as fast as the better brands

I bought some last year (or maybe in 2021, can't remember) when the deal came around at something like $10-12. The French and dark are fine, even brewed at a 12 ounce strong setting. The Colombian is a bit too light for me. Brewed at an 8 ounce setting it's drinkable.

For everyday coffee with milk and at this price, it's decent.

I enjoy my Black Silk & such but this will be used in iced coffee that is full of syrups and sweeteners. I'm going in. I've tried a lot of the budget coffee and the only case I truly couldn't finish was Victor Allen's Italian roast. For sure stick to the 8 oz brew option with these.
