I got the same email to an email that I no longer have a membership but didn't get it on the account that I do have a membership. I wonder if it's only select accounts?

My membership expired too and I got the email. So i am guessing it's for all current members. Maybe that's how they get us to sign up again.

Same - I got it on my expired membership and not my current membership. It's gotta be set up to lure you back in.

I got this too for my expired account. So I'm guessing they're trying to get people to sign up again. But I didn't even get my $10 credit for signing up for a new membership yet either…..

I got this and my membership doesn't expire until the end of April. Mine very clearly said "must have active membership". I went and the associates told me it was only for expired memberships…but nowhere does my email say that. They asked me to see my email…then asked me to forward it to them so they could read it. They did so and then gave me a $20 gift card for the miscommunication and told me that the email that I received was incorrect….
