I have 2 of these I got at the sametime, sadly the programming is pretty bad and if you every have to reprogram it later you will need the book, it's the basic of basic but does the job if you don't care and don't have a lot of people using it.

Have this and its been a much better performer thank my the one it replaced. Mechanism on this is my nore reliable than the other brand I had.

The Teeho works great, 6 months and still on the same set of rechargeable batteries (even though it tells you not to use rechargeable) with 6 finger prints programmed with daily use and never a problem. Also since it lacks wifi and bluetooth its a lot more secure than competitors smart locks.

As for those worried about security they have the correct ANSI standard level of security for home use which even some Kwikset locks dont have so yeah...... Unless you are buying high security locks and then also spending a fortune on reinforcement it does not really matter when it comes to home locks.

Your Kwikset and schlages are probably made in the same Chinese factories when it comes to the same psychical cylinders.

So in short the Teeho is a way better deal if you want fingerprint which was one of my main requirements, I liked it so much we own two of them now.

I had one of these that lasted I want to say 3 years before it crapped out. Liked it well enough so got 2 more when it went on slickdeals in October, one did not work correctly which was a minor pain in the butt. It was easy to return and the 2nd one has been working great since.

I love this lock installed it like 6 months ago. Simple.. no iot BS.. just type a code and walk in the house. I dont have to carry keys anymore. High quality and a great price.

Per Kwikset site Q&A

Kwikset model # 264-TRL-15. This model comes with a pin and tumbler cylinder and has a ANSI/BHMA grade 3 certified

I believe 3 is lowest.

Also, I don't think these are smartkey, which might be important to some.

in short. made by the same factories or even the same people doesnt mean they have the same quality or materials.
