Not really related per se, but there's also a new REI credit card promotion going on as well where you get $100 GC as well. The nice thing about the CC is that you earn 5% on everything purchased at REI (on top of 10% for normal priced items). With the normal membership, you only earn 10% "dividend" on normal priced items. Sale items do not count.

These are extremely overrated.
Things you can't do with them:

-Let them tip over
-Too large for some cup holders
-Prone to tipping because of the weight distribution
-Leaks through seal
-Handle gets in the way and easy to snag, hence knock over
-Obnoxiously large

Just get a hydroflask

Edit since downvotes: My flight attendant friend says it's the worst drinking container she's used and regrets buying one. It doesn't travel well.

Knock it all you want, this thing is a game changer for me. I drink a crap ton of water and this is the only way I can reasonably have easy access to a high quantity of water in a cup holder. Stays cold. I use this sucker every day. It's a staple.

The 40 oz Stanley is the best water cup ever. Yeti is nice but overpriced. This feels worth it for the price. The handle and straw make this super convenient to take a quick swig during work. The build quality is very durable. Overrall, i like this exact cup enough to write a review here... lol its a great cup.

This is the best roadtrip tumbler. You don't have to worry about tilting your head while driving and fits in the cup holder. Holds a ton of liquid. It fulfills a certain purpose and if it's going thru a phase of popularity then fine let people enjoy it. This is literally a deal for them. Also my yeti have peeled in the dishwasher. This thing hasnt (yet).
