I am curious if anyone has used this and is happy for the money spent …. I use my printer for personal use and the biggest benefit would be speed (meaning my skull pencil holder would be printed in 4 hours instead of 8)

I own one of these, works fine, especially with the current availability of Raspberry Pis it can be worth to get one. And the input shaping sensor is also included.

I have one to run my Ender 5 Plus and Ender 3 V2, while there is a learning curve to get it working, since I've gotten it up and running correctly it has been amazing!

Understand this is a dedicated screen, but id definitely recommend anyone with a 3d printer to check out octopi. There are dedicated apps to manage octopi, which can be used with any old tablet. Just need a pi like small computer... which can be had for approx $40 if go with a libre potato or similar.

This is not just a dedicated screen, this is a complete Klipper device. Klipper is in another league compared to OctoPi. OctoPi is a monitoring/management addon that interfaces with Marlin firmware on printer's motherboard. Klipper is alternative firmware which completely replaces Marlin. It offloads all computing from slow printer motherboard onto much faster raspberry pi device. By leveraging much faster CPU of a raspberry pi it allows you to print at much higher speeds, as well as bunch of other cool features. You can attach sensors to your printer that measure vibrations and jerk, which allows the printer to self-adjust its motion in realtime to improve overall print quality. You can access and control Klipper via web interface on your local network, or by using an app on your phone/tablet/pi. This is a self contained, turn-key Klipper device. Basically a raspberry pi with preloaded Klipper firmware that comes with touch screen and gui framework. You don't need this to run Klipper. You could purchase a rPi, a touch screen, and print a case and basically build the same thing yourself. Considering the prices of Pis right now, if you want to get Klipper you might as well get this.

could be a number of things, but some carriers charge more for what they consider risky areas of delivery. has to do with safety over all.

Small town, under 4000 population. There is a small UPS distribution hub in town. When a parking lot gets new pavement its a front page story. Risk here is about as minimal as it gets.

The product page shows " Free Shipping to United States via Expedited Shipping
Ship between: Mar 19~Mar 20, Estimated Shipping Time:1-5 business days".

When I got to checkout it shows."$ 37.00 to Expedited Shipping
$ 37.00 remote fee included Estimated Shipping Time:1-5 business days"

I just got one last week and I think it's absolutely worth $150 if you currently have a mechanically-capable printer with no remote capabilities (and you use it regularly). It's not magic, but input shaping and pressure advance absolutely helps get the most out of the hardware, and being able to remote in is so much more convenient than walking over with an SD card.

Has anyone been able to get free shipping? I am getting $37.00. I am not in a small location. I have a true international airport.

What carriers do this? Google search doesn't find any truth to this statement.

I have one of these for my S1 Pro. Having it spit out fast quality prints has been worth it. Having the remote access is also really nice! It was some effort to get set up. Worth it for the speed and quality.

Check other places, I'm 90% sure sellers on some of the other sites will be dropping prices to match.

Gonna skip this one, my 3D printers work fine as they are and I am not running a business where time is money if it takes overnight to print something so be it. When I print something I want it to print out and look nice and work well, I don't want to be spending hours input shaping and tuning and experimenting with my 3D printer just to get it to print something a bit faster. Hard Pass for me!

I have also seen plenty of mixed reviews on the sonic pads!
