Almost 10 years ago I bought a new TV from them on eBay. No issues at all. I might have bought a digital camera too. I've not returned anything so far.

Got the same TV at the same price from this seller on eBay, was a legitimate product. Never had to return luckily.

I've had a really bad RMA experience with Best Buy, would not recommend asking them to price match.

I placed order on eBay too with this seller with 48" C2
I tried canceling(buyer's remorse) and they try to dangle me in with 70$ discount which I took, got excited for my first oled. After a week they canceled my order anyway claiming they over sold.

Yea it's a hassle they do charge a restocking fee. Unless you really need to return it I would recommend not to. There is no fee If there is something wrong with the tv but just because you change your mind they do charge.

Tried to pm with BB earlier. Thought I might be able to get it but wouldn't match saying BuyDig is not one of the online competitors they match with. I know they can do a manual override as I've had them do it in store. That was only for a video game that was $10 in difference so maybe there's a threshold they can't over ride without some super top secret manager approval.
