I already ordered the deal on Amazon for a bit higher price, but I'm afraid that if I go with NewEgg, and I get a unit with bad pixels, NewEgg would be hard to deal with. What do you guys think? I like the price better than Amazon, but I'm not sure about Newegg's customer service.

I would stick with Amazon but if you can wait a couple more months other reputable merchants will have it at this same Newegg price or better. I got the LG G1 from Best Buy brand new last year for $1K, and the G1 was priced way more than the C1 at the time. By summer last year the C1's were on clearance prices. I didn't think the stocks would have lasted that long but I think the C2's prices will fall even further the closer we get to summer.

those usually a lot fewer drops than others, because to ship that size, usually MUCH more expensive, so margins are much less... so pickup maybe your best option for best price

I have the C9 used as a secondary screen above my primary in my PC setup. For 1K you are hard pressed to find a better PC monitor for gaming and content.

Yeah, I'm going with OLED TV because it can do 120hz at 4k, and I mainly see 1440p for gaming monitors.

But, I'm not sure how the pixel filter arrangement are done. Because my old B6P doesn't render text very clearly. That's one problem I had with it, and I hope C2 has better pixel design.
