If installed somewhere that sees daily use, I'd expect to replace it about every 2 years as the buttons will stop making connection to the circuit board, rendering the keyless function inoperable.
I'm just saying that if people think that a 5-button code is significantly more secure than any other gimmick keyless entry method, that's not really the case, especially as the lettering wears down. And I mention the buttons getting worn out around the 2-year mark because I have family members that have gone through 4 similar locks (maybe not the 909) and each one started to be difficult to operate after that time because they were in heavily used doors.
