Can this be easily moved a few years later. I'm planning on redoing my patio so would need to take it down and put it back up, preferable in larger chunks
It is only 600lbs so a person on each corner could easily move it without disassembly.

You can score nice deal at the end of summer. Last September I paid $799 for 12 x 12.

How to place the gazebos posts? I'm planning to place this on grass? Do I need concrete footing? Is that expensive To do or can I do it myself? Or any other way to set this up?
On grass I would pour some sort of footing otherwise it could sink/settle over time. Also it's better to have it anchored down somehow. Mine is the 12x14 on patio pavers not currently anchored but I plan to drive 2 earth anchors down and cable to prevent it from getting air in case of emergency

well good luck getting forgiveness after its installed! most cities will make you pay a fine for not getting a permit and then scrutinize every little thing. Better to just get it done right the first time!

Mines been up for a few years now... Probably also depends on your city/county but they don't bother with this sort of thing out here

My patio is to open space and I get high winds -40-60 mph. Will the 14'x16' be able to hold up so it does not get damaged?

Bought the 12x14 exactly a year ago, great deal at this price. Ended up finding someone on Yelp to install.

I will stain it in the next few months to protect from rain/sun. It's been more wet than normal here in CA! I believe these come with bolts to anchor to the concrete but I didn't use them, and they haven't budged/moved.

Does putting this on your existing concrete slab requires getting a permit?
Depends on your area. Where I live it doesn't require a permit if under 200 sqft which the 12x14 is.

Just had high winds in California, easily 40-60 mph. Mine held up just fine including the mosquito netting. I do have one half bolted down to pavers but I don't think that is required unless we talking tornado speeds.

That's where mine is. Was kind of a bear to get the roof on and the corner flashing pieces that join the rooves together but what's all that bad really.
