Ordered. Hoping this pushes my kids to learn to ride. What is it with kids these days and riding bikes haha. Good bike for 95. Huffy at Walmart wouldn't save you much over this.

The nostalgia is strong with this one. I had a blue mongoose dirt bike with mag wheels when I was a kid decades ago. But mine had blue mag wheels and blue tires. I think I might have to get this for my 6 year old.

Great catch. We all know these "Pacific" produced Mongoose branded units aren't near the quality we had as kids but they destroy them and eat the tires off every year or two anyway. I'll gladly take a sub-$100 one for a Christmas or birthday surprise!

This is the same bike that Walmart sells in a mint color as the "craze." I just paid $168 for it 2 weeks ago there for his birthday. Heavy for a BMX bike, but great beginner for a kid. I looked at lots of BMX options, and it was the best under $400. $96 is a great price for it.

Almost out of stock before I saw this. If my nephew doesn't want it I'll give it to a kid who will appreciate it. I used to ride a bike like this when I was a kid and rode it until the frame broke in half! Ironically it was a Huffy Sigma and it took about 8 years to finally break it and I rode that thing like a dirt bike! They don't make 'em like they used to.
