    This game is EXCELLENT even with only 2 players. It's replay value is relatively low due to the involvement of playing it really well once is typically enough for each person together but dang that's a hella good play through. We've let at least 30 people borrow this game.

    It's a fun game, but if you play with 3-4 people, the RNG of the combination of villains can actually make it impossible to win (especially on Years 5 and above).

    I really liked this game, but we (4 of us) haven't played in a long time because we played one of the years (year 5 or 6?) several times and kept losing. Very frustrating.

    Even added some "house rules" to make it easier and we still lost. Frown

    This is easily one of our most played games of all times. The wife and I have played this countless times with different combinations of heroes to see if we can beat the whole thing without dying once. The expansions are much more challenging but still add a refreshing twist.

    Very good game. Takes a few hours to play every Year, but a fantastic co-op game to play with family and friends.

    I usually play Neville, as he has good healing abilities at Year 4.

    Impulse buy! Hope to play one day with my wife and 18 mo daughter. If I try to play now, my daughter will just fold and bend the cards 🤣 which is why I keep her away from my MtG collection.

    great game! Lots of fun with my Harry potter loving wife. It's a little linear, we haven't felt any desire to replay earlier scenarios but for $25? No brainer.

    This is a difficult game if played by the rules. Theres a few house rules that most ppl settled on and such. I cant recall exactly, but by the end its so ridiculous that youll need the right villans to even have a shot at winning.

    You basically set our your villans and if its certain combos which are basically unbeatable, redraw.

    Def not for younger kids at the end. Its actually harder with more players iirc.

    The expansion is just broken in terms of difficulty if i remember

    This game is a no brainer at $26. I have played through the entire game and both expansions with a group of 4. I have also done it with my wife and I. It is definitely more difficult with more people, but the cooperative nature makes it fun. It is critical to buy cards that compliment each wizard's special abilities. It's also critical to know when to leave certain villains on the board to build your deck and which ones you need to get rid of as soon as they arrive. We just started another play through of this with our group of 4. I think the replayability is there, albeit the first time is the most rewarding.
