"..can support up to 3000 lbs; all while doing the jobs of both your box spring and frame and giving you back some underbed clearance space too.Maximum weight recommendation:750 pounds.."

I've had this exact model in the Queen size. I'm nowhere near 3,000lbs, nor even half of the 750lbs(I'm actually 6'3", 250ish lbs).. and after 4.5 years of ownership, the middle legs have ripped off the frame, just from getting in/out of bed over the years..

Just a heads up, to any physically huge couples..

I know this isn't in the price range of the item in this particular post, however, I've had the Zinus Adrian Wood Rustic Style Platform [amazon.com] bed frame since May 15, 2021, and it has had zero issues (no broken / cracked slats, no broken legs, etc). I'm 5'7", roughly 220lbs and have a Nolah 10" memory foam mattress on it. The dog and I sleep comfortably every night on this 'setup'. If there is a quality issue with the item in this post, might be worth spending a tad more for something more sturdy. Smilie

Looking at the photos of the item in this post, I'm not sure how anyone could have "ripped off" the central legs of that frame, unless they were being super aggressive in placing / removing items they've stored under the bed. My Adrian is in perfect condition, but all I've stored are "space bags" full of bedding under mine. Wink

I have this in king size and the storage area underneath is great. The 18 gallon Sterilite storage totes fit under it perfectly. The welded wires that supports the mattress hasn't broken on me, but it is slippery and my memory foam mattress did tend to slide a bit on it which is my only complaint.

Back when I purchased it, it was $274. Seems it's going for $196 as of this reply...

I would go on NextDoors for sale category and looked a gently used model that originally cost way more than this. Using Zinus gave me a never ending Sinus Migraine that ended with scratched floors. If you're renting and don't care about deposit, go for it.

Since no one ever seems to mention it: the California King frame(same link, just select the size) is also on sale for $99.

I have a similar experience with a different brand, so I'm not surprised.

I have a full size one of these going on 6 years with no issues. Every so often I have to tighten up bolts. No breaks in the wire. You could throw on a thin sheet of masonite board.

I have the king version of the. We have used it for 4 years without issue. However we don't have the mattress directly on it, we are using a half with box on the frame before the mattress.

Avoid these bedframes with prejudice!!

I have one. The cross-braces they use are gate fencing quality, thickness, and strength and they're spot welded on.

A year after owning one, multiple of these wire braces broke and my mattress started sagging at chest level. I was in so much pain every day because I didn't realize it and my chest was misaligned as I slept. I woke up every day feeling like I had been doing chest crunches all night. I had to buy a large sheet of particleboard to put between the frame and the mattress to create a flat surface again.

These are 100% "You get what you pay for" quality bedframes. Get something else. Get something with actual cross-braces and not just fencing wire.
