The controls on them are pretty simple and work without much hassle. They sync up just fine with my Pixel phone and my work laptop. Pairing was easy once I knew what to do.
They get a bit uncomfortable in my ears after 30+ minutes, so I think I may try to change out the tips and see if that helps. I assume that is the issue.
The noise cancelling is really good. The passthough works great too and it is easy to switch between the two.
I tried running with them once, they did fall out. I have Aftershokz for running though so I don't care about that. I wouldn't trust anything but bone conducting headphones like Aftershokz for running anyway.
They're fine on airplanes, I prefer my over the ear noise cancelling headphones for comfort, however these will allow me to lean my head against the fuselage of the plane if I'm in a window seat. Helpful for sure on long flights.
No complaints with the sound. I'm no audiophile but I feel the sound quality is really nice on these. Even have a decent amount of bass, which is surprising for earbuds. Definitely cannot hold a candle to a high end pair of over the ear headphones, but that was never the point of these, or any earbuds for that matter.
Battery life is pretty good, charging is easy. Never an issue there. I will admit I have a wireless charger on my work desk so I usually have the case fully charged. I've not tried going all day with these, just an hour or two here and there.
Overall I think they're solid and worth the price. Works well for most applications, probably not the best at anything.

These are smaller than Bose earbuds but are certainly bigger than airpods. These also sit more in your ear. I don't have big ears but these fit great with the right sized tips. Love them for their pass through audio feature when I'm running or want to wear them at work and still hear everyone around me along with my music.
There's only one solution: buds with earloops. You'll never go back.

I had the same issue. Get the comply foam tips and they'll stay in a lot better.

I did the same with eBay comply copies which worked well for 6 months to a year.
You can disable the noise cancellation by holding the buds for a few seconds or via the phone app
Yes, you can do that with most earbuds of any quality but it doesn't stop them from sounding like all the sound is going through a bottle.
