I think if you're still spending more than what you're taking off it will like if you bought $27 worth of stuff and the deal was get $5 rewards for spending $20 and you used $6 in rewards you would receive the $5

I also find the Phoenix scent unpleasant.. Smells like dog piss. I guess I am used to men's body spray from Bath Body & Works. I won't even bother returning, as I paid $15 out of pocket, with $9 rewards after pick up. So each item is like $1.5 to me. This body spray is $3-$4 per pack on Amazon. Worse case is I threw them away.

The order is showing estimated rewards of $5.10. The AXE items offer is $4 register rewards and do not apply to online orders.
Register rewards and walgreens cash rewards are not the same thing. Sounds like your rep was ill-informed.

You absolutely can use cash rewards and earn more cash rewards. On rare occasion I've had it mess up, but most of the time there is no issue.

It isn't uncommon at all (in my experience) for the system to show zero estimated rewards, but still receive the rewards after you successfully pick-up the order.
