I think your problem is the stay over a month. I'm pretty sure I've seen before where people have mentioned you can't apply a gift card to a stay that is beyond a month long. I've never booked more than 2 weeks so I haven't ran into that issue.
But usually just go to manage payments and right under "Pay with" you should see your credit card, then under that "$0.00 credits applied" with "manage" next to it. Clicking on manage lets you apply the gift cards one by one usually.

thanks for your reply on this, i've never booked a long term stay either. wasn't aware of those issues.

So i bought 11 of these in last couple days with Kroger Gift Card version of this offer. I would need more grocery than Best Buy. My wife and I are living in ABNBs since last october and with $25 Kroger GC with each purchase; that has covered our entire month grocery shopping. WTH do I use BB GC for? lol

I figured I can use it towards tablets for the kids. I did 4x at Kroger which I can use too, but wtf I can do with anymore fuel points than 3K worth.

Just bought 3 for an upcoming trip in December. Same email and the same credit card...no issues.

I also verified with Airbnb that these can be used for a second payment on an already booked trip. You just need to do so before the second payment goes to auto-pay. Easy-peasy!
