Glad it works for you, hopefully you won't have to deal with their customer service.. I will stand by my stance and never recommend this brand based off their customer service.

They would not honor their 1 year warranty based off the fact that I received the items as gift, wanted me to go back to person who gifted it and ask them for their credit card statement and receipt. Product had a manufacturer date of under 1 year so it fell well within their warranty period.

So I will steer everyone away from them when their brand comes up.
I've had an older version of this since 2017. No issue and it's still going strong. I just wish the sizes weren't 6/10/15 oz.

Genuine question - why do people use K cups?

You get a much smaller amount of actual coffee at a much higher price. Plus all the environmental impact of single use plastics.
for the same reason you see people walking around with water bottles instead of nalgene. because people prioritize convenience over all of what you mentioned. There is literally no other reasons. its sad and shitty, but its true.

Bella as a company is terrible and their coffee makers are junk. They pulled a trick on me for the warranty of my coffee maker. They acted like they were going to warranty my coffee maker at first but then they went silent for over a month. During that time I emailed them several times and just gave up after no responses. I threw the junk coffee maker in the garbage and forgot about it. Then they emailed me after 45 days and asked for pictures of the cord being cut and they would then send a new coffee maker. Obviously that didn't work out, by design.

Yeah, it's like using toilet paper instead of a bidet. A handkerchief vs tissue paper. Garden and livestock instead of a store with excess packaging on their products. Dunno, guess different levels of convenience meet each person's criteria. Good question though.
