Or for another $100 there is this 11x13 at costco https://www.costco.com/sunjoy-11%...68252.html
Ew canvas top, BAD idea, even if you don't get heavy wind and snow, you'll be buying $100+ tops annually, they just don't last even just the sun

You'd think. Read the instructions, a lot of these Manufacturers advise not to bolt to ground.
Do they say why?

How long do these typically last?

Some people are okay cycling cheap outdoor furniture ever couple years but I loathe that philosophy... especially if this says it takes 4 people and 8 hours! 😆

I have this and like it a lot. I live in an area that gets a lot of snow in the winter, and have had no issues so far. As far as winds, I do also get very windy days, and no issues. I did however anchor it to the concrete.
what type of crews and how long are they to anchor down to the concrete?

Usually, the cheap ones have the poles split into 2 segments. This one appears to be one piece. That's a plus. But 10'x10' could be quite small if it refers to the roof size. The poles would likely be 8' apart.

I used the 10% off coupon to snag this, but also used Honey for a little cashback on top. Still a huge purchase for me but definitely the best deal on a hard top gazebo of any usable size since I've started looking for one. Fingers crossed I get it up before the heat starts in my area!!

It's about a foot of overhang.. not two.

So it definitely helps to post deals, I wasn't tracking that 10% coupon at all. Just dropped my total with tax from $661 to $595. Thank you!

Did they provide the pieces to anchor it to the concrete or did you buy those separately?
I bought the separately... just grabbed them at either lowes or home depot... was one of the two lol

I just grabbed Concrete Wedge Anchors from lowes/home depot. I can't recall what size I went with at the time unfortunately.

FYI the footprint is about 8'3" x 8'3" with the screen closed.
