Bought this jacket a few weeks ago from Patagonia for 50% off. Overall I like it. Fits true to size. Decent DWR coating, but definitely not waterproof. I wish the sleeves and the pockets were fleece lined though.

I have a decent amount of Patagonia stuff and I'm very happy with all of it. I picked this up a few weeks ago. Perhaps it's just a dud, but the zipper is complete garbage. I have to try to zip it up like 10 different times nearly every time I put it on. It just keeps snagging. I've been meaning to go to the store to get it checked out. I'll update when I do. Other than that I'm pleased with everything else about the jacket.

Fits poorly on tall/lanky builds IMO. If you have long arms it fits awkwardly
2nd this. A large typically fits well, but this one is a bit more snug and i'd probably go up in size if you're tall/lanky.

Anyone know the quality of this jacket?
I bought it from the Patagonia sale a few weeks back. The pockets are a bit small/lacking, but overall the quality is very nice.

Same. 2 complaints are the hand pockets are thin and useless for such a thick warm jacket, and it rides up woth any kind of arm movement. Overall a nice well made and warm jacket though.
From past deal postings I remember people complaining about things falling out of the pockets because they are designed with too much space on top and not enough on the bottom

Also I believe it has the double zippers that allow for the bottom zipper to be relaxed if you're using it and need a lot of torso movement.

Here's a quick video showing what it looks like:

Does anyone know how their "Ironclad" warranty works if you're purchasing from an online dealer? I can't seem to find any information on this.

I bought this one from Patagonia a few weeks back for $113 and I absolutely loved it. The quality is awesome and the lining is so warm. Only problem was the L was way too big for me compared to other items I own so I refunded it due to M being out of stock. Glad I was able to get it for $91 from this deal plus an additional $9 that I got back instantly from a CB site.

I cannot speak to this specific jacket, but Patagonia makes some of the highest quality jackets in the world.

Checked on this. You need to purchase Patagonia clothing from "authorized dealers" for their warranty to hold up. I did ask via chat if Patagonia has a online list of which dealers are considered "authorized dealers" and was told its not available but you can call/chat and ask if a dealer you're interested in is considered authorized.

For example:
BackCountry.com IS an authorized dealer
SteepAndCheap.com IS NOT an authroized dealer

I currently have both the Medium and Large of this jacket in green from the Patagonia sale a bit ago. I have been trying to decide between the two. The medium looks nicer, but it's certainly snug. The large just looks a bit bulky, but the fit is more comfortable to me. The pockets are certainly on the small side as mentioned by others. It is a nice jacket though. I am going to return the ones to Patagonia since they were $113. Might as well save a few extra dollars with this deal.

I don't think that's the same jacket.

You wouldn't say that if you had ever tried to put a jacket with fleece lined sleeves on over a sweater or fleece top.
