Frame is aluminum so not rust & painted to look like wood. The hardtop is steel (presumably painted, but maybe powder-coated).
This one has a more "interesting" roof line, but (if putting on the grass) keep in mind most of the water will pour down from the corners when it rains because that is where the "valleys" will pour out, but those 4 open peaks also allows better ventilation and prevents hot air or smoke buildup. On reviewer placed flower pots in the corners filled with rocks to catch the water so the water would flow easily out of the bottom on to the dirt or grass of falling off the roof and causing a pit in the dirt underneath,
The title says 10 x 12, but if you look at the drawing & read through the specification & reviews, you'll see that the roof is basically 12 x 12, not 10 x 12.
380 lbs (not including packaging), so you might want to spring for delivery. But, the aluminum frame will not rust and the steel hard roof should last you many years.

I only wound up buying the $549 one because it was about $150 cheaper & slightly bigger. If they were closer in price, I would probably have bought this one because I like the look of the 4 peaks on the roofline on this one & I'm putting it over a patio.
