These aren't bad, but man, they're kind of small for being over $1.40 per cup.

Debunked by who? The results of the studies came out three weeks ago and I haven't seen any reputable debunks.
The study itself for one seems to say as such: https://www.acsh.org/news/2023/03...tudy-16918

These are my guilt-free go-to dessert for Keto. I usually end the night with 1 and save the other for the next night. Maybe I'm just hooked on the flavor, but I like these even better than the sugar free bites that Reese's just came out with.
I also do keto and loved these, but quit eating them because they make them with low quality palm oil. Just pathetic they couldn't use coconut oil or another higher quality oil considering how expensive these are. On keto you should be eating high quality fats from organic sources whenever possible.

If you aren't aware of the recent studies of the impact ERYTHITOL has on your health (& you actually care about that sort of thing) you might want to do a google search.
You do realize that these are made with palm oil, an extremely low quality oil that is inflammatory and doesn't exist in nature?

Erythritol is an organic compound found in certain fruits and grains and has a minimal impact on insulin response compared to other carbohydrates such as cane sugar or corn syrup.

Reminds me of the saccharine "studies" that lead to the sweet n lows being labeled with warnings that they caused cancer in rats when I was a kid lol

A highly processed oil that doesn't exist in nature. What is your point? Palm oil is still bad for you.

You literally just squeeze the fruit to get oil out.

My point is you clearly do not know what you are talking about.

This is not made with red palm oil, the unrefined variety. If it was made with red palm oil it would say so on the ingredients. Do you cook with palm oil at home? My guess is probably not. Go look at products from Bhu, they use unrefined red palm oil.
