Interesting thing is that it only shows as a one time plan that is only good for 5 years until 03/23/28 once I downloaded the windows app and logged in. I chatted with a rep on their site and here is a quote of what they said when I asked why it wasn't showing as lifetime:

Doesn't give me any confidence that they'll come through but for $19 I'm willing to gamble in case they end up being the next Windscribe Smilie

The Attorney General would send them a letter if he knew about this.

Update 4 => I got a refund via Paypal. I got an email from a rep saying the issue was escalated to him. He said he couldn't give me the coupon price because I started a refund with Paypal. He said it's in dispute. Paypal told me it's done. He detailed how I could go into Paypal to cancel my demand for refund. It's already completed. I got the money back. Paypal is great. Ivacy is bad news.
You jumped the gun and clicked the PayPal button too early. If you'd clicked checkout you'd go to the next page where you normally enter your shipping and payment info and there is the place to apply the coupon.
After entering the coupon you can then click the PayPal button and receive the discounted price.

FYI... iVacy's definition of Lifetime is 5 Years.

They recently deleted/got rid of some servers and service is mediocre at best.

I believe I clicked "Checkout" and then Paypal. There was no place to enter shipping info because Paypal enters the shipping info. It's supposed to take me to Paypal and then back to Stack Social so I can verify the order details and shipping info and enter coupons.

Just wasted $19 on this. Please don't buy this product, service struggles to get past 1.5 mbps download and at dialup speed for uploads for outside U.S. servers. For U.S. I briefly managed to touch almost 4mbps down and still in 50kbps for uploads. My cable ISP service is 300mbps/20mbps down/up.
Save your 19 bucks.

The only way to make it worth it is to share cost/usage between among 5 ppl. Otherwise id pass. Use it as a backup

I gave this a try, but I think I'm going to be asking for a refund. It's just too slow for downloading. And the tunneling feature doesn't seem to work properly.

I can confirm that. Bought the lifetime for 19$ an it says it expires same month in 2028.
