Looks like it did dip down to $7.25, but is now $7.45. Also looks like this was the standard price up until a year ago, but hovered around $15-$18 during that time.

From reviews, it seems a little fat and may block some things from plugging into the second outlet. Still looks like it could be useful in some situation.
I don't see how this price is front page worthy, but the 10 pack is the better deal if you want more than three.

Its rated for 15 amps so i dont see the problem
You can plug as many as you want, the only limitation is the total power draw (1800w). You'll be fine plugging in 360 5w apple chargers, but 2 1800w space heaters/appliances would blow the fuse.
