I have this exact one for my portable projector setup. It's nice and sturdy and for this price I'm buying a second to use as a parts holder when I'm working in the garage.

Why not. The up and down locked by pin. Just need to make sure the tilt can be secure as well. If so it will hold those 4k Mac just perfectly fine 😂😂
