so my mom bought this outside of slickdeals, but absolutely loves it. i tried it last week when i went to her house, and honestly i liked it - but the only reason i would buy it is if you have a back issue.
my mom's lower back sucks and is unable to use a regular bike where you have to bend over to touch the handlebars. the configuration here was AMAZING on my lower back which also usually hurts when i sit on a bicycle. it was VERY comfortable to pedal on, although not the smoothest stationary bike i've ever tried.

Anyone have any insight on this bike? Pros / cons? Never owned a stationary exercise bike, but want one to use for cycling classes with our Apple Fitness subscription (would mount an iPad). Would this be a good bet? Costco also usually has some option on sale.

I had to do PT for back injury/hip issues and they put me on one of these. It was really the only exercise I could do w/o pain for a few weeks. I've been thinking about grabbing one.

My dad has a profrom 880 that has been kicking for about 20 years. Still rides solid. Not sure on this particular model, but I would trust the brand
I think this just another white-label clone. I literally have the exact same bike with branding under Golds Gym.
It's a decent product. Very average in every category so not much to say. I occasionally use it for cardio in my garage gym. I like to ride the predefined programs. I think they're a bit too easy even for most people though, minus the last 2-3 per category which is average intensity still.

I've had this bike for about 2.5 years. I use if 4X week for about an hour each time. Never had a problem with it at all. No bells and whistles, but it gets the job done. If you use it regularly, you will want to get the external power adapter instead of feeding it batteries.
