I don't see anything remotely that looks like a e-moped (vespa). Am I completely blind or are you linking to electric motorbikes?

Here's another one that I am looking at: https://www.zoomescooters.com/ but it only tops out at 25-30mph.

the electric mopeds don't look like the Vespa, since their engines are really small..they just have a battery and a motor..so the design is more "barebones"..hyperscorpion might be closer to what ur looking for, but it's an ebike, it won't do 45mph..

I once saw a video of a guy ordering one, but in the end he ended up paying double due to import fees.

as fyi, just saw this article [bicycling.com] that says they've reintroduced a EBike rebate bill in Congress -- would prob take some time if/until it passes though. would be an additional $1500 off of anything under $8000 (30% of the MSRP up to $1500)

There's nothing in that article stating they are the largest ebike seller. Although it could be possible, I would doubt it also.

That just shows that they are also the largest seller of electric Motorcycles and most likely all motorcycles in the US. Metacycles just came out 2022. they have been selling ebikes since 2015 (You do the math)

You are correct about the reviews. There has never been this much excitement from all major Moto reviewers, Jay Leno, Electrek, Revzilla and it goes on and on and on. The MetaCycle IS absolutely revolutionizing e Motorcycles and with the new process Zero weld 1 piece Exo frame it is also revolutionizing ALL MotorCycles. And then as if that is not enough, Just look at what they are working on now! 1. High performance Sport Bike. 2. Moto X Dirt Bike. 3. ATV. 4. Mini high performance Dirt Bike. Wrong on the top speed. The MetaCycle is an 80 MPH Freeway legal JetPAck and the most fun I have ever had on 2 wheels! I now have over 1200 miles on mine and can not wait for tomorrow to go riding again.
